Do you offer gift wrapping?

Packages come safely wrapped, ready to be opened and enjoyed! If your purchase is for a gift that you would like sent directly from me to the person for which the gift is for, please request this prior to placing your order. You will have the option of including gift wrapping and a personalized card for a small up-charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?



Items are shipped from London, ON, Canada.

Delivery to Canadian, U.S. and international destinations:

CANADA:

• Local — 2 business days

• Regional — up to 5 business days

• National — up to 9 business days

USA:

• 5 to 8 business days

INTERNATIONAL:

• 6-10 business days

Please note: Delivery to some countries and for some items includes tracking - this would be indicated at the time of checkout. Please let me know prior to purchasing if you would like to upgrade your shipping method (for faster delivery/tracking).).

Can I place a custom and personalized order?

The time frame for completing a custom order will vary depending on the order. The details will be presented to you once I receive information regarding your request.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. In such a case, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. 

Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued (minus the original shipping cost). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the time and commitment involved, custom orders are non-refundable. However, photo proofs will be provided to you, the buyer, throughout the creation process of the custom order to ensure your satisfaction prior to shipping.

What carrier does Kiyanapolis use for domestic and international shipping?

Your purchased items are dispatched via Canada Post. In special cases, FedEx or Purolator may be used, in which case you will be notified.

How do I care for my Kiyanapolis artwork and product?

.All products should remain dry (not in contact with any liquids) only, unless otherwise stated. Watercolor paintings should be put in a glass covered frame for the optimal lifespan of the watercolor painting.
